Switching from undernumber to overnumber
Procedure: A 4v2 game is played in the central field. A point system for successful passes can be used. After the defenders win the ball, all other players are activated in the larger field, transitioning to a 6v4 situation. After another change of possession, the game ends, and it starts again in the initial format.
Coaching Points: To avoid being at a significant numerical disadvantage, the best strategy after losing the ball is to apply immediate pressure.
