Who is behind Coach²?
Jonas Stephan
Jonas Stephan is head coach of the U19 of Eintracht Braunschweig in the U19 Bundesliga. Before that, he was in the coaching staff of Eintracht Braunschweig and made promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga with the club. The sports scientist, UEFA Pro license holder and Master of “Sports, Health & Performance” is a successful speaker and author of the Institute for Youth Football. He has an excellent eye for tactics and the crucial details.
He is now passing on his experience from almost 10 years of youth and professional football together with Steven Turek, not only a long-time coach and student colleague, but also a close friend, in Coach2.
Steven Turek
The sports scientist, UEFA A license holder and Master of “Sports, Health & Performance” was a Head Coach in various Teams at Hannover 96. Steven Turek is known as an author in national and international coaching magazines (including fussballtraining, TrainersMagazine (Netherlands), mrfootball (Greece) & analyzes by the DFB on EURO 2016).
In addition, he was very successful as a speaker at congresses and seminars in Germany (numerous seminars, lectures and workshops, as well as conferences of the Association of German Football Teachers) and in Italy, Dubai, Belgium and Slovakia. His coaching media (booklets on technical / tactical topics, as well as a wide variety of theory and practice DVDs) are bestsellers all over Germany.
Marius Schreckenbach
Marius is a former youth player of Dynamo Dresden and Chemnitzer FC.
As a part of Jonas Stephan’s coaching team at Chemnitzer FC, he gained his first experiences as an official. In the 22/23 season, he worked as the team manager of the Chemnitzer U17 Bundesliga team and assistant to the youth management.
Despite his young age, he already possesses important and standout qualities such as diligence, a high ability to comprehend, and a deep technical understanding.
Jens Luke
Jens Luke works as a football expert and Engagement Manager at SAIVA Football. There, he creates training exercises and analyses in virtual reality and serves as a point of contact for coaches, clubs, and associations. During his studies in Exercise and Sports Science, Jens completed an internship at Coach². As a UEFA B-license holder, he designed blog articles, training exercises, and analyses for Coach². After the internship, Jens wrote eBooks on the topics of game-specific individual training and exploiting numerical superiority.
Currently, he is working as an assistant coach for the U19 team at TSG Wieseck.
Markus Böker
The master’s graduate (sports science) gained experience as an athletic trainer at the Academy of Hanover 96 at an early stage. After a year with the U13 & U12, he made the leap into the U19 Bundesliga. From there he worked and developed consistently and currently looks after the Bundesliga team of Hannover 96 as an athletic trainer and data analyst. Markus not only has the highest training as an athletic trainer at the DOSB, but also has an above-average willingness to perform and passion for his players. For Coach² he designed the masterclass “Training Preparation”.
